Integrating L-V conversion with low image lag and track-and-hold feature.
Integration time can be set externally.
Internal bidirectional shift register also permits reversed pixel data output.
Extendable data I/O enables multiple sensor operation for chain circuits.
On-chip temperature sensor data available with serial pixel output.
TTL-/CMOS-compatible logic inputs and outputs.
5V single supply operation.
